So Bryony is my new character, just to note I am planning eventually she would probably go Atlantis side but obviously with everyone still here she is working at SGC. Anyways:

Bry is a very sociable person who enjoys the company of others. She's young, and bubbly and I imagine her enjoying nights off base with the others. It would be natural to assume that Bry has a lot of friends who is up to you guys but if your considering it know that she would be a great kind of friend. She's been on base about 5months or so which may also be something to factor in. Her position at the SGC is quite social by nature so its likely she has already met a number of people.

There aren't any men that feature in her life at the moment but she wouldn't be adverse to this. She is as they say, young free and single! Any potential companion might want to consider that her end game may eventually be Atlantis. She's got a big heart and a lot of love to give, caring is a part of her profession therefore this has followed her into any relationships.

She doesn't have any enemies at least not any that she knows of. I don't think there is anyone that she outwardly dislikes so she wouldn't expect to have anyone think of her in that way. I suppose she is an acquired taste for those not of the happy go lucky disposition but I wouldn't class anyone that disliked her as an enemy.

Open to everything and anything as I'd really like to get to work on fleshing out her character. Let me know!

Damn, kinda makes me wish that Ruth was going to Atlantis! Ruth Tolliver is Little Miss Perky as well, although ten years older than Bryony. She's been at the SGC for over 18 months, and also likes socialising with others on nights out. I think they'd most likely know one another - what do you think?

Claire... well, she may or may not be going to Atlantis. They would definitely have worked together, as Claire is 2iC in the infirmary, and makes a point of getting to know all of the staff she works with. She's friendly, and has a good sense of humour, albeit a dry sense of humour.

And then there's Carson...

I can see that Bry and Ruth would be friends they would certainly be similar in terms of perkiness. I think they would have hung out more than once off base. I don't think Bry would necessarily think much in terms of the age gap. She is used to the youngest in the family with older brothers and probably spends most of her time with those older than her.

Claire and Bry would almost certainly have a professional relationship then in terms of the infirmary. I think Bry would always like to consider them as friends even if Claire might not see it the same way. Perhaps her perkiness makes her a little over familiar.

Yey for Carson! I mean whats not to love. Atlantis here we come!

The Ruth stuff is all good!

Claire also likes to think that at least most - if not all - the infirmary staff are friends with her on some level at least. She doesn't stand on ceremony, really, being a civilian, and would have no issues if Bryony was on familiar terms with her. She'd probably be amused by her perkiness, to be honest.

So I have 2 that you could potentially play against.

Caleb - who is definitly going to Atlantis so there's tons of potential to interact there. He is also probably best known to flirt with the ladies on base, not in any mean kind of way of course, it's just a natural reaction. He's a friendly guys, loyal if you earn his trust. Don't know how'd they come to meet or anything, but am pretty open to playing anything with characters. Oh also unless you're trying to quite literally kill him, I doubt they'd be enmies. :P

Elvria/Parnell - Elvria is quiet but always willing to trust most everyone, she is staying on the SGC so any interaction would obviously be limited. Elvria is the host. Parnell is distrustful, he doesn't trust as well as Elvria does, so the mix of trustful and distrustful is definitley interesting to play.

So yeah up to you, am open to any RP with any characters, just let me know. :D

I can see that Bry and Caleb would get on well, I don't think harmless flirting would bother her in the least she would just laugh it off probably deliver some back in his direction knowing full well that there is nothing in it. I guess the two could have met off base on one of the many (apparently) wild nights out, other than that maybe through a visit to the infirmary.

Yeah not sure how Elvria and Bry would come across one another but I think Bry would certainly be interested to discover more about her. Of course the whole tokra thing must still be fascinating to her given her early days here. Not quite so sure Elvira would find her anywhere near as interesting!

Lol, wild night out what kind of base do you think Bryony has entered into, it isn't one that needs a secret hand shake to go with the clearance level. Lmao. Not through the infirmary, that's how he met Claire, maybe off base? Like you say, on the "wild night" out sometimes, maybe if you wanna keep the harmless flirting, he invites her out?

Oh trust me Elvria is interested in most people she meets so she would find bryony interesting. Maybe them two could meet in the infirmary, am assuming Bryony would have to get use to dealing with aliens at some point and well Elvria would be happy to go along, Parnell might put up a bit of a fight, but we don't mind him at times. ;)

She'd remind Taft of his kid sister (the black sheep of his family). Considering how reserved, practical, and foreboding he is I'm not sure how she would react to his presence. The only time he will go to the infirmary without being ordered to do so is when he's visiting one of his soldiers (which is practically all the Marines on base that don't have bars, birds, or stars on 'em). He's well known on base, as he's elbow deep in the practical matters of base security, all enlisted Marines, and leads his own SG-Team when the brass decides to take the gloves off.

We'll talk Ronon when she gets to Atlantis.

Hi :)

I have two for you.

Meredith Blake - Combat Medic
Also of the young persuasion, Mere is incredibly sociable and is often found on/off base with a group of friends. She loves a drink, she loves to play cards and she also loves to run the mountain trails around Colorado Springs.
I could see the two of them crossing paths in O'Malleys or similar - Considering they are similarly skilled in terms of job roles, and both raised as military kids - I reckon they'd have a tonne in common. I really cannot see thee guys being enemies. Lovers - Well anything goes, but perhaps Mere and Bry could wing man for each other

If its cool with you I could pop into your thread "Stepping Out" and we could see how the two mingle :)

Sophie Edwards - Pathological Biochemist.
Sophie is a little bit older than Bryony, although she is also very, very new to the SGC [Maybe only 3/4 months] Relatively social once you get her talking, she is fairly reserved and keeps to herself mostly. It isnt that she doesnt like people, life at the SGC is just an adjustment from the academic life she has been used to most of her professional career. They may well have met considering that Sophie does run to and from the infirmary on occassion for samples and the like, and Bryony may well have ventured on down to the labs [Who knows]
She can be a little off in her own world, and also has a sarcastic sense of humor [Gotta love the British] so that potentially could cause frction - but i dont see these two as enemies.

Not sure whether you saw via the C Box or not Cat but would be great if you wanted to jump in. I think they would certainly be friends, am more than happy if you want to have them as established friends or have that post being the start of a friendship either way would work fine for me.
