Totally forgot to make one of these... My bad.
Jess is generally quite a quiet person, keeping herself to herself and not offering much. However, when she does voice her thoughts and opinions it is done in a very blunt and direct manner, with little care given for the feelings and judgement of others. This is not out of a sense of malice or anything consciously negative, she is just apathetic towards others. She does hold professional courtesy in very high regard, always being respectful and listening to those in the know, but often doesn't care for people as people.
Friends
Socially withdrawn yet able to hold with all the normal customs of human interaction. She will never initiate, only respond, a product of her upbringing more than anything else. If you can get under the shell, you might find something there, but otherwise she won't be your friend. The most you might get is a few professional niceties.
Enemies
If you can't deal with a straight talking bitch who doesn't give a fig for your feelings, then you can't deal with Jess. What's more, you might be even more furious when you find out that she doesn't care about your enimity either.
Lovers
Unlikely. Jess already struggles with bonds of friendship, so it follows that she's worse at romantic ones. What's more, she will actively avoid becoming romantically attached to anyone she works with at the SGC. Fraternisation is already a punitive offence. Why risk further hurt if that person was to die? She's not completely out of it, entertaining somewhat girlish fantasies of "Mr. Right", but she's also not stupidly blinded by it.
